Founder Retreat Brazil

This is a 3-week curated retreat in Pipa, Brazil, designed for FOUNDERS and ENTREPRENEURS who work remotely and want to grow their business while seeking clarity, focus and meaningful exchange.

You’ll live and work together in a private villa surrounded by nature and the ocean, with the structure and support needed to move important projects forward — without the pressure of a rigid schedule.

The experience is built around deep work, group-led workshops and open mastermind-style conversations, where participants share real challenges, insights and experiences from their businesses.

In addition to the group exchanges, the retreat includes invited workshops by experienced entrepreneurs (one focused on Bitcoin, money & economics, and another on business, capital raising, organisational design and long-term strategy).

Beyond work, the retreat embraces life in Brazil — shared meals, sports, exploring beaches and dunes around Pipa, and time together around the pool or in town help build relationships that last well beyond the retreat.

This is not a typical coliving.

It’s an intentional environment to slow down, think clearly, build alongside others and grow with the right people around you.
